The best

others are 5 years behind

Great and intuitive!

Well above the rest.

Fantastic!

Finally the security and peace of mind that comes from Blackberry. BES rules!

Bbm

Hey, tried to set up bbm on my iphone and ipad but it keeps asking for a server name right after accpting the lisance agreement! Which doesnt make sense! It suppose to get it from the wi-fi or the 3G! Please try to fix that as soon as possible.

Not BBM

Its some sort of productivity app. I was also perplexed when it asked for a server address until I took a closer look. BBM has been delayed so we just have to wait.

BBM

Help

What is this??

Im stuck on the server address and is this even bbm?

Great MDM client. Thank you BB

For those that are trying BBM on iPhone, this app. is not what you are looking for. Search for BBM, or wait for it to be released in the App Store. Anyway, I want to thank BB for making my life easier and providing excellent MDM system and this client. Easy to setup and even easer to admin mobile devices through your services. Thank you!

Sums up RIMs performance for the last 5 yrs

Does not work! No instructions. Futile attempt to remain relevant. Once the pride of Canada is now a joke.

Takes way to long

Took way to long and when you wanted to restart the app, it wouldnt let you at all, dont know if Im gonna keep this app

Enterprise grade product

BlackBerry has been a leader in MDM environment for over a decade and it shows with this product. Top shelf.

Nothing but problems

Just a small improvement would fix the problems. Close the company.

Works well

For all the people asking about the activation server, this info comes from your IT department. Even if you know the server address you need to have an activation password as well, which is temporary and can only be used for 48hrs.

Latest release sept 9, 2014 killed my connectivity to Exchange

Do not download latest release if you are on Bes 10.2 with Exchange 2010 for IOS on gold license. I can no longer connect to email. Very disappointed in Blackberry yet again!!!

Lacking

Many features available on a blackberry are missing from this app. - grouping convos - changing font size - proper calendar popup notification as opposed to looking exactly like the mail one. - ability to reply or delete from lock screen. - ability to sync calendar with the iPhone calendar. Thank you for considering these

Awful!!!

Crashes every time Im composing a new email. Very displeased! Not even worth 1 Star

Finally works

The newest release 12.0.7 and iOS 8.4 has fixed a couple of bugs that had been outstanding. 1. The issue where the unlock and clear password would sit in the que and never be delivered seems to be fixed. 2. 12.0.6 had an issue with 9.4 where pushing out a different email profile failed to change the management profile but appeared in the client. This now works without issue. 3. Commands seem to be coming down a lot faster to the device. Both commands I sent to the devices worked within a minute of being sent. Now if you could only support multiple email profiles, custom park pass, and multiple WiFi profiles on one device, that would be fantastic.

Buggy

A couple of times my "Corporate Accounts" data usage has gone off the charts (like, several MB per minute). Ive narrowed this down to the Blackberry MDM solution. (The most recent time was just a few days ago, using the current version.) The first time we solved the problem by deactivating and reactivating my device. This is quite a pain as it required involvement of the IT department. The second time the problem was solved by reporting the BES server itself. Again, a pain. So Im not sure if the problem is on the iPhone end or the BES end, but either way the MDM solution is the problem.

BlackBerry MDM can cause huge data usage at times

This generally seems to do what its supposed to do, but a couple of times my "Corporate Accounts" data usage has gone off the charts (like, several MB per minute). Ive narrowed down the cause to this BlackBerry MDM solution. The first time we solved the problem by deactivating and reactivating my device in the BES server. This was a pain as it required the involvement of the IT department. The second time the problem was solved by rebooting the BES server itself. Again, a pain. So Im not sure if the problem is on the iPhone end or the BES end, but either way the MDM solution is the problem.
